# Get Help

Start here. Most account and site tasks are already in this knowledge base or in your Get Simple account.

### 1. Search this knowledge base

Use the search box at the top of these articles. Look at **Get Started** first, then **Your hosting panel** for site tools.

### 2. Use your Get Simple account

Sign in at https://billing.getsimple.net

### 3. Use the hosting panel

Site files, WordPress, Joomla, email, SSL, and backups are in the [hosting panel](/knowledgebase/open-hosting-panel/).

### 4. Open a ticket

If the article and the account still do not solve it:

1. Sign in at https://billing.getsimple.net
2. Open a ticket: https://billing.getsimple.net/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/add/
3. Include the domain, what you already tried, and what you expected

You will get a reply in the ticket. Check there before sending a new one.
