# Open your hosting panel

The hosting panel is where you manage the website, files, WordPress or Joomla, email, SSL, and backups. It is separate from your Get Simple account.

### Open it from your account

1. Sign in at https://billing.getsimple.net
2. Open **Services**
3. Select your hosting service
4. Select **Manage**
5. Open the hosting panel

Use the same email as the hosting service. The panel password is the hosting service password — not always the same as your Get Simple account password.

### If the panel password does not work

Change the password from the Get Simple account so both sides stay in sync. Do not use a reset link inside the panel.
