# Sign in to your Get Simple account

Your Get Simple account is where you pay invoices, manage services and domains, add teammates, and open tickets.

1. Go to https://billing.getsimple.net
2. Enter the email address on the account
3. Enter your password
4. Complete the verification check if you are asked
5. Select **Log in**

If you turned on two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app.

### Forgot your password

1. Open https://billing.getsimple.net
2. Select the forgot-password link
3. Enter your account email
4. Use the message we send to set a new password

Imported accounts keep the password you already use. A new password you set here must meet the current length requirement.
