WP Engine pricing for one site, and what we don’t sell

What three years cost
To compare hosts, add up three years at the renewal price, not the first-month price. Our plan price is the renewal price, so the math is the monthly price × 36, or the yearly price × 3.
| Plan | Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 | 3-year total (monthly) | 3-year total (yearly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $120 | $120 | $120 | $360 | $330 |
| Simple | $240 | $240 | $240 | $720 | $660 |
| Business | $588 | $588 | $588 | $1,764 | $1,470 |
Taxes and domain registration are not included.
Renewal FAQ
Is there an introductory price?
No. The plan price is the renewal price, with no year-2 jump.
What will I pay next year?
The same plan price: Starter $10/mo, Simple $20/mo, Business $49/mo (or $110/$220/$490 per year). If a price ever changes, you get at least 30 days’ notice before your renewal.
How do I calculate a host’s true 3-year cost?
Add the first term at its price, then the remaining months at the renewal price. For our plans that is the monthly price × 36.
Is anything left out of the plan price?
Domain registration is separate. Mail depends on the plan: Starter has no mail. Simple includes 2 mailboxes, 5 GB each (upgrade to 5 or 10). Business includes 5 mailboxes, 5 GB each, with options up to 25 mailboxes at 10 GB each. A full mailbox is a mail upgrade, not a site-disk problem.
