As soon as our team approves your account. For new customers, the hosting service shows In Review in your client area until we approve it. You get a welcome email when you sign up, and a “Your GetSimple.net account is ready” email when your account is live. Then:

1. Sign in to your Get Simple account and open your hosting panel (how).
2. Open your site in the panel and use its preview link to build while your domain still points elsewhere.
3. Point your domain at us when you are ready (how). DNS changes can take from a few minutes up to 24 to 48 hours.
4. Your free SSL certificate is requested automatically once the domain points at your hosting.

WordPress or Joomla is not installed at signup. Install it from your hosting panel once your account is ready (WordPress, Joomla).

Moving an existing site? Request a free migration (best effort) after you sign up, and we will help you move it.

Starter: one small site, no mail.

Log in to your client area and cancel the service before the next period starts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no refund for unused time, except the 90-day money-back on new hosting (hosting fees only; domains excluded).
