The hosting panel is where you manage the website, files, WordPress or Joomla, email, SSL, and backups. It is separate from your Get Simple account.
Open it from your account #
- Sign in at https://billing.getsimple.net
- Open Services
- Select your hosting service
- Select Manage
- Open the hosting panel
Use the same email as the hosting service. The panel password is the hosting service password — not always the same as your Get Simple account password.
If the panel password does not work #
Change the password from the Get Simple account so both sides stay in sync. Do not use a reset link inside the panel.
