Your hosting control panel is where you manage your website, files, WordPress or Joomla, databases, email, SSL and backups. You open it from your client area at billing.getsimple.net, where you manage your services.
Open your control panel #
- Sign in to your client area at https://billing.getsimple.net.
- In the left menu, open Services.
- Find your hosting service. At the far right of its row, click the dropdown arrow. Skip the Manage button: that page has no link to your control panel.
- Under Options, click Login to Control Panel. Your control panel opens in a new tab, already signed in.
- Open Websites, then click your site.
Find your way around #
Your site has these tabs: Apps, Files, Databases, GitHub, Emails, Domains, Analytics, Backups and Advanced. The Advanced menu has Security, Redirects, Optimization, FTP and Developer tools.

FAQ #
Do I need a separate password for my control panel? #
No. When you open it with Login to Control Panel in your client area, it opens already signed in.
I don’t see Login to Control Panel. #
Make sure you clicked the dropdown arrow at the far right of your hosting service row, not the Manage button. Still can’t find it? Open a ticket.
Is my control panel the same as my client area? #
No. Your client area at billing.getsimple.net is where you manage your services. Your control panel is where you manage your site, files, databases and email.
