2. Use your Get Simple account #
Sign in at https://billing.getsimple.net

3. Use the hosting panel #
Site files, WordPress, Joomla, email, SSL, and backups are in the hosting panel.
4. Open a ticket #
If the article and the account still do not solve it:
- Sign in at https://billing.getsimple.net
- Open a ticket: https://billing.getsimple.net/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/add/
- Include the domain, what you already tried, and what you expected
You will get a reply in the ticket. Check there before sending a new one.
